Returns and exchanges
Rare Surf Tees is committed to customer satisfaction. We believe in quality, value and quality service. Hopefully you have found all of these things at RST.
We can exchange for change of mind and wrong size purchases within 21 days of delivery.
Faulty items are repaired, replaced or refunded depending on individual circumstances.
Please note: Sale items cannot be returned.
In 3 steps
1. Email us for approval
Send us an email gday@rare.surf to obtain a RA (Return Authorisation) Number and return address details.
Please include the reason for the return or exchange and we will accomodate as best we can.
Please note: Returns cannot be accepted without prior approval.
2. Post
Pack your return in a secure package with original tags and return to your local Post Office. For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest insured and/or registered post as Rare Surf Tees is not liable for lost return parcels.
3. Process
Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the refund or exchange within 5 working days.
Faulty Returns
If you have a faulty item that you would like refunded, repaired or replaced, please contact customer service at josh@rare.surf before sending the item back. If emailing regarding a fault, please describe the fault details on an email so the item can be assessed before a return is approved. If the product is faulty we will gladly replace the item or refund. If the item is replaced it will be shipped free of charge.
